decreasing railgun reload time

can someone plz share the command for decreasing rail or any other weapons reload time through callvote

It is hard coded. You need a mod to change the reload times (instagib?, reloads faster but is still fixed time).

i remember once we were playing instagib ffa on an osp server and someone called vote to decrease reload time to few ms and it was working , so there has to be some cmd , plz reply guys
