Pirates. It is great once you pick up on some of the smaller intracacies..like continually sending pirate raiders to a filthy French capital again and again to weaken its troop numbers, then go in and raid it yourself after that.

Just finished Half-Life 2 for the first time. Ending sucked ass, but the game was easily the best FPS I've ever played (single player-wise), kicked the crap out of DOom3.

Still working on finishing Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath on the Xbox. Pretty good for an Xbox FPS. Much more creative than Halo 2...just wish they would have used more voices for the NPC chickenpeople...as funny as some of the comments are (especially when they call you peckerhead for beating hte shit out of them....they get old fast when always in the same voice/tone.)

And working on Zelda - Minish Cap.

None at the moment because my system blew up (will get it back in a few days) , but before that I was playing alot of WoW (beta, so that was only for a few days), quake 3 and Dawn of War.

I still have to complete half life 2 so I might play that again and I want to play some Far Cry again

Beat it, it's really really good, but could have been even better.

Readon #1: The cities all look the same. This takes away from the atmosphere imo, take a look at Freelancer and it's different planet designs. There were tons of stuff to discover in Freelancer. (Anyone found the planet of the apes? It's there.)

Reason #2: The game wasn't rewarding enough. Ok, you get your little fame points and the little "what happens next" story when you retire is nice but... something's missing.
Maybe you could have used gold to decorate your ship and captain's quarters, or build some farms on the land you get from the governers to generate a steady source of income or something else. Founding your own city would have been way cool as well. Dunno. I just didn't feel satisfied (which happens in a lot of games though).

Reason #3: This game would be perfect for multiplayer. Why is there no multiplayer?

Well I fucking love it. It's not like the others but you forget all about it about thirty seconds through.

Yea, I have to say that even since that post I am getting a bit tired of some of the things...multiplayer would have made it sooo much better.

I don't think the game was too short at all...I thought it had more gameplay than most FPS's. But like reef said, best SP adventure (FPS style) ever.

So far I'm lovin' it. I can already see I'll need to run through it again. I see lots of things that I'm missing and/or want to check out.

I'm still playing Fallout 4 from time to time. That's really about it. I thought about maybe firing up Skyrim again.

During daylight savings and Summer I really have very little time for gaming. Getting a lot of shit done outside. But in a couple months I'll need something to keep me occupied. The new Age of Empires trailer has me considering a strategy game...

Holy thread bump Batman

Mostly playing Overwatch when I have time, about halfway through Rise of the Tomb Raider but it gets pretty tedious after a bit. The list of new and untouched games in my Steam library is much longer :(

Yeah, I thought we had a more recent "Games you are playing thread", but couldn't find it.

Plus, who doesn't love bumping a 12 year old thread :D

Been playing this also. Nothing like looting for 15minutes then getting sniped in the back of the head through a window from 500m. It has its moments though
