This is where I use my 5D as a meter handheld for the hasselblad with long exposures.

An electronic music event. They're supposed to be blossoming flowers btw, so you're almost right

Nice images all around. I like taking a peek in here from time to time.
Dave, curious, what comp specs are you running at the moment. I am looking to get a system geared for photo editing soon. A G5 is sweet but not really a bargain right now.
I plan on getting the Dell 24" regardless the system.

I'll sell you my old G5 for 1300 to cover the xpan I just got from KEH
Otherwise I'm running a 2.66GHz dual-dual Mac Pro with 4 gigs of ram. You don't really need that much RAM for a few photos at a time, but if you edit large projects, you'll want at least 4 and 8 is better. The processor speed is basically irrelevant at the moment. My processors hardly get used sometimes.

Nice-uh Daeb! You like the wide format so the xpan makes sense.
Here's one riding in a tuk-tuk around midnight in the streets of bangkok.

really? judging from the proximity to lake shore drive, that looks more like a view from the John Hancock building.

Beautiful shot, Sanction. You should crop the glass divider on the left though.

Man, if I didn't just shell out some cash for a laptop, I'd totally buy that camera. I'm gonna watch how high it goes, just in case, tho.
edit: and the xpan is a sexy beast. :icon28: Is this your first panoramic?
