Hey brisk

you made a new thread just for this? wow.

anyway, "rather good" are his words, not mine. syndicate is better than i expected (i genuinely thought it was gonna be terrible), but still not good enough to actually pay for full price and be forced to use that gashfest that is origin. the line "worth picking up when it's a tenner" bit kinda gives that away.

It wasn't pointless at all. Because you are being fundamentally dishonest, now everyone at Q3W knows they should never - under any circumstances - listen to what you have to say about games.

What if he says over and over and over that a game's textures suck? Should we listen then?

The bit where he states he'd pay 10 quid for it IF it's available on Steam and then continues on to emphasize the fact that it isn't.

So yeah, there you go.

For someone that actually posted a scanned in receipt to prove that he didn't warez games and continually defends his habit of downloading full games as a way of sampling them, it is rather telling that he ends up refusing to pay for a game that isn't all that bad at all.

There is just a whole lot of hypocrisy going on here.

I'll have you know though that my original remark was made in jest, but it seems to have hit a sore spot after all.

Just to throw this out there, but why does piracy invalidate criticism?

I'd buy it for £10 if it was on Steam in the sale. It's not worth any more. Pretty easy to understand really. I refuse to purchase yet another library of games just because they're exclusive to Origin. That's retarded. It's bad enough that i'm forced to use it just to play ME3. There's no grand, nefarious scheme at work LOL. I even admitted to stealing it, so not quite sure how i'm being dishonest :olo:

Anyway, all this delicious butthurt is making me cum dolphins. Please, continue.

because it means you get to create a new thread where you can take the argument away from FoV.

The funny thing here is how you're being driven into a corner step by step. At first you denied pirating games, then you said that pirating is OK to "sample" the games and now you're flat out admitting to pirating games on a whim. What's the next step? Robbing GAME?

Piracy is A-OK with me sir!

There's a 14gb bounty on my new album on what.cd at the moment actually, which is the largest music tracker in the world. I think i'll fill it myself once it's back from manufacturing

BTW, Game will be closed down soon and they're already struggling to get stock because their company is run by a load of Erasers. Pointless robbing from them really. I'll stick with the internets, the payload is much better, plus you get to upset angry little forum nerds in the process :) :) :) :) :)

Well GKY is saying that brisk's opinion can't be trusted because he's a pirate. That's essentially what this whole thread was created for. And that's a straw man, making this thread utterly pointless.

Actually, GKY is invalidating brisk's criticism through claiming that brisk is inherently untrustworthy. The piracy would only be a symptom of that.

Genuinely lol'ing at you Eraser. It's like you're trying to present a legal case on Q3W, using words like "invalidating" and "inherently untrustworthy" :olo:

Serious business as usual. Thanks for the laughs. Still cumming dolphins.
