are you linking the wrong video? all i heard is some guy that actually bothered to follow him , giving helpful info over the phone to the proper authorities.

Unless I know 100% there is true wrong doing and the "victim" didn't have it coming , I wouldn't bother to intervene in a situation as well.

Why risk even a scratch for some moron, if he /she is probably gonna be in a similar situation a few days from now?


Right off the top of my head, the only thing that would be self explanatory situation at a glance would be a rape.. I'd intervene in that.

Shit, I'd intervene. But I can see why a mother of 2+ (which was the case from one audio clip I listened to) would choose to help out in other ways.
