Interesting. That's actually a song for the Malazan Book of the Fallen series, which are some pretty bad ass books.

Oh cool, I just thought it was made up mumbo jumbo metal-lore, it's a good song. The last portion with the keyboard horn is what prompted the GoT comparison.

I like their new broadcast feature.

in b4 eraser says spotify has that for ages now. and in b4 someone points at the spotify price tag.

I was looking the other day what a subscription adds to your grooveshark experience, but other than gapless transitions between songs (which i don't really miss) i have no clue... mysterious.

Really seems like they had two extraneous guitar players.
At least, I couldn't determine what they were adding, except amplifying what the main singing guitar dude was doing.

Wall of sound? I wouldn't call that wall of sound. It's not layered enough. Doesn't fill up enough of the aural spectrum.

You are old then, mentioning transistor radios.
I think I called those devices* a "wireless" not so long ago :smirk:

* google "old wireless radio" as opposed to "wireless" and see what I mean.

In the meantime, yes it is "What are you listening to..." thread but I just went to a concert to see Foster and Allen; so here's on you might remember :D and yes, it was a good night out.

I heard this tune as background to a TV show last night. Remember it from years ago. Quite stirring :tear:

Wiki and of interest.

I have treasured this CD for years, and yesterday had to drive for an hour for a meeting and return later.
I was thinking what music can I take to make the trip :D

Was wonderful, up pretty loud on the car CD, base & treble +5
Awesome.
