The US is China's biggest customer, sure they could do economic damage if they'd feel a need. But basically China keeps quiet because since there's no oil in the region, they don't give a singular fuck.

Watch what happens when Iran (China's largest oil provider) gets drawn into the conflict though.

I'm talking about goods (think computer hardware for example) manufactured in China and sold in the US. And American businesses pulling out of China? I somehow doubt that goes on on a large meanigful scale. If anything, there's a rush amongst companies to start up in China - everyone sees it as an rapidly developing economic tiger.

But to be honest economy stuff is always a bit of a mystery to me, Fender probably knows more about this.

Well the reason China does not speak out is because, like me, they do not give a fuck about you. China cares about China, and the US sense we buy most there stuff. They know, as we know, that it would be fucking stupid to actually do anything to oppose us, we make them money…
