I wouldn't exactly call Steve Vai a metal guitarst heh. Steve Vai is just a fuckin' weirdo. Half his music isn't even music, it's just him making fucked up sound effects with his guitar

Well, I can't honestly say I've listened to every single Steve Vai song, or even half of his stuff, but the majority of what I've heard I would not call metal. It's rockish, heavyish yeah, but not really metal. Then again maybe my definiton of metal is too... metal

Well, I can't honestly say I've listened to every single Steve Vai song, or even half of his stuff, but the majority of what I've heard I would not call metal. It's rockish, heavyish yeah, but not really metal. Then again maybe my definiton of metal is too... metal
