Without getting into a litney about when and where I chose to ban, Geoffy was a lot worse then than he is now. Having said that, Geoffy also got banned under my tenure and stayed banned till after I left. Don't know who lifted it, but it doesn't matter at this point. If the admins feel he needs to go, he'll go.
