I just like to read the strip at work. I like the characters they've made of themselves. It doesn't always have to be hilarious but it has been sufficiently entertaining for a web comic.

It's a bit hit and miss with PA. I found the wolves one not to be remotely among their best. But it was Game of Thrones related so

truth. also, sometimes the offhand comments bring more lulz than the actual punchline.
that and it helps to read the column.

Got to decipher those though. Tycho has the habit of using rather rich and unusual language.

Last night's episode was fucking awesome. This just keeps getting better and better. My new favorite show for sure.

I'm tempted to watch episode 7 on HBO GO. But then it'll be 2 weeks with no GoT fix. Decisions, decisions...

I think you're right, I think I'll wait.

It's true, the dude was a major cunt. But he was only what, maybe 30? Cuntness catches up to you...

Yarr \0/ Now little miss dragon lady and her band of angry savages will surely cross the sea and start a war of some sort, huzzah! Really curious to see how the Hands' realpolitik gamble will play out as well - i'm guessing it's going to backfire horribly

It's the little details in this show and the continuous high level of acting ability on display that amazes me. For example, the way mr savage dude swiftly knelt down and stared mr cuntiness in the face with a fascinated look to watch him die up close. Like he'd seen a thousand men die in different ways, but this was a new one for him and he wouldn't wanna miss a second of it. Great stuff. I rarely rewatch certain scenes in a show, this one has me doing it nearly every damn episode...

Also, i'm fucking loving the Serio character, every bit of dialogue he has is brilliant :D

"Tell me, do you pray to the gods?"
"I do. The old and the new."
"There is but one god, and his name is death. And we say but one thing to him.. not today, not today!"

:D

agreed! one of my fav. parts to date is right after that jousting match when those two were sword fighting in front of the king as he yelled "ENOUGH" and his"champion" (?) immediately kneels down in the middle of the fight as the other guy was still in the middle of a sword swing,..kinda portrayed his level of loyalty and no doubt his skillful abilities. Flawless scene execution

It's true.

"A Lanister always pays his debts", as he flips his coin purse to the guard and walks out the castle. :olo: Classic...

Yeah, that little detail could be easy to miss, considering they drew no attention to it. There are lots of scenes like that, which is why I keep watching.

Finally started watching this - really glad that they are doing justice to the books
Only on the second episode, but Peter Dinklage's casting as Tyrion is just superb.
