Oh, yes... But always has been played and still is played. And still someone creates new maps for it... I'm able to give help and support for game developers.
And, are you sure, that BBcode serious exist here? I can make serious BBcode on my forum, so it will have HTML replace.

It's able to non-respect, if you're moderator in Q3W, but I must test your experiences with forum rules there explained.
- You may NOT have any bans or warns previously obtained!
- We will take one volunteer, he will intentionally breach forum rules and you must handel in compliance with forum rules...
The volunteer will breach in special thread in forum rules
Catch him!!! 5 times in interval of 30 minutes.
Moderator will warn the user or ban him in compliance with forum rules...

No, it's my right hand for developing forum. He's registered here only for managing forum functionality, he doesn't play Quake 3.

Point of forum is to help with some problems in mapping or game... Registering isn't required, but I need some developers, moderators, grapic designers and advisors. With only Raven I cannot make forum functionable... I want tell, that only two members (also administrators) of forum cannot support it and we need also any other mebmers, that will help us with forum managing... And it's not bad to have classic members, that only likes our forum...

But how to make forum attractive? Forum is functionable and rules are explained. Also global announcements are written here... Where is the invisible issue?

Your forum is about Quake 3, a game that's nearly 12 years old and has few people still playing it. For those that still play it or do creative things with it, there are already quite a few websites, including Quake3World, that offer everything they need. Your forum offers nothing new and is therefore useless.
Also, how do you think people will find your forum? You post about it on Quake3World, but you'll only reach the few people that post here, no one else. And the people that post here won't be interested in joining your forum because it offers nothing of interest.
Why do you want to set up this forum? There is absolutely no reason for anyone to register there. Besides, if people want to talk about Quake 3 level design or modeling, then there's the level editing and modeling forum here at Quake3World which already has an active community. Why would anyone want to register on your forum with 2 users if there's already an active community here at Quake3World?
It is rather naive and dumb to thing that if you set up a functioning forum, people will come automatically.

And how the Quake3World started. How many people the community
immediately had? I think, that no more than one, two or three. Also few times later this forum started to make large community with more that hundert and then tausend members...

The fact that the
http://www.quake3world.com URL was printed all over the Quake 3 box and manual and that the game's installer added a link to
http://www.quake3world.com in Windows' start menu might have helped
Everyone that bought Quake 3 or even installed the Quake 3 demo was made aware of Quake3World's existence.
