Been enjoying the new carpet install for months now.

The insurance company has responded to the Ombudsman request and denied our request for a full refund.

Wow, surprised. We asked they refund our monies spent fixing their stuff up.

We wait a response from the Ombudsman.

Today we met and settled "out of court" for a dollar figure but because of a confidentially clause I can't divulge the final settlement figure they pay
