Yup we rented a new mcmansion before we bought this house...actually put down escrow for a new house but backed out and lost 10k to buy our current home...lol mcmansions...all the same...

I heard thong a lot when I was a kid, but not as much now due to the growing popularity of the underwear. We call them flip flops around here.

Texas has no income tax but the highest property taxes in country our something....works out the same I guess...
And our current house was more expensive than the new house we almost built...

Probably wouldn't have been after all said and done, once you start deciding what you want in it....cost us a small fortune for paint and window coverings in a new house and I'm still not done..not to mention landscaping and a deck next year. All shit you get for next to nothing with a pre-owned house.
It's nice to be able to afford nice things though...taking a shit in a brand new toilet and knowing that some other dude hasn't decimated it thousands of times before you. I don't even want to know what type of aids is in the carpet pad of your house...lol poor ppl..i win..next..fuck u!
