I'd like to know how to change the keys and make it full screen....

Alt+enter should make it fullscreen. If not, open the console (button left of 1) and type r_fullscreen 1.
Open the cfg file you'll find in the Reflexfolder (SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Reflex\game.cfg) if you want to rebind. There's no GUI for it at the moment. You can also rebind in the console, but it's easier to do it directly in the cfg.
