the stones which ring the walkway to your door look half-ass. the walkway itself I'd replace with something a bit more aesthetically pleasing (i.e. flagstone)

the garden area is pretty small, i'd widen it out and plant less sparsely, adding more colour and variety

the lights and stuff also look kind of like a half-hearted effort

the bushes running down the towards the far side of your house are spaced queerly

Sorry you genuinely don't like it. I didn't want something huge and overbearing. All I wanted to do was nicely accent the front yard with something that required minimal maintenance. I believe that concept was acheived. Although I do agree with you about the walkway. I plan on doing something with it and the driveway in the future.

lol, that's so weird. Your pic reminded me of my cousins' place in Paraparaumu, and you're just along the beach from there. We used to walk the dog up to the Waikanae river mouth. I'm guessing you have an awesome view of Kapiti from your living room.

btw that pic is taken from Pukerua Bay apparently.
