What tutorial? When someone doesn't know how to make a screenshot they go to Q3 discussion. If they don't know how to make gifs they go to either GD or T&T. If they need material they post game in QwFIX or GD. If you want to get banned you post the afformentioned stuff in the other forums. Multiple times.
