New map is up. Available commands:

teleport (tpa), sethome, delhome, suicide, spawn

Enabled plugins:

iConomy, Showcase (sell/buy items), Residence (create your own protected area), Lockette (protect chests)

I *think* permissions are working, but I only tested iConomy and Showcase. Type /money to see your balance. See here for how showcase works:

Running pretty good mj. It'd be good to get Creeper block damage disabled, as stuff keeps getting nuked.

Aside from that, only problem I've noticed is that fkd has built on the spawn >:E and right-click with the axe produces some message about coordinates.

The wooden ax is a special tool used to set coordinates when defining a residence area.

Will look into disabling creeper damage.

Define a residence by selecting the outer coordinates of the area that contains your residence. Then do "/res create your_residence_name" You will be charged a fee based on how big your residence is.

Something's off with water placement. Guessing it's being prohibited by permissions somewhere. Buckets will often flick from full to empty, and when placing water on the ground it will disappear.

Sounds definitely like a permission issue. You can click any of the plugins on mc.quake3world.com to do a google search for plugin and find out how stuff works.

so general store uses the plugin called showcase. The videos in this thread are a good tutorial:

http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/mech-e ... 337.17672/

Basically, it puts up put up for sale any item of any amount for whatever you want to charge for it (or barter). All that's required is a half block underneath. To set up a showcase:

1. Place half block
2. Put in hand the item you want to sell
3. Sneak and right click on half block
4. Text will pop up. You talk back to the text to give your answers.
5. First question is what type of trade. Talk back your answer. Two that apply for users are 'finite' and 'barter'. Finite sets up items that you sell for money, barter requires other ppl trade to get the item.
6. Provide number of items and price/each.
7. You're done.

You can delete the showcase by sneaking and right clicking. You can fill up the # of items to sale by right clicking (no sneak).

People can but items by right clicking the showcase. This will get the text dialog going where they talk back their answers.

Yeah seed worked out pretty well as it's on the border of different biomes. When I get a moment gonna play around with iConomy a bit. For instance would be cool to have a webpage listing the richest players.

I think whatever add-on keeps Creepers from spawning is also preventing Slimes from spawning. I've been trying to find some, even cleared out a room in a chunk they should spawn in, nothing.

Enabled creepers and slime. But disabled creeper damage to blocks. They can still injure you :)

one thing about creepers: they do destroy blocks when they explode, but the blocks are repaired after a couple of seconds - which is fine, unless you happen to find yourself at the bottom of the hole they blew in the ground right before it's auto-repaired. suffocation-tastic

is there any way to have slimes without creeps?
