Just wondering...Since most of you are in the States.

I lived in Florida in 1993 1994 a caisse of twelve Buds one of the most expensive brand cost around 10$US and other brands as Miller 7$US. Here in Quebec today a 12 pack cost 18$CAD or
14.64$USD.
Also, we could buy a cartridge of cigarettes for 9$US, the Marlboro for 12$US.
Now here, just one pack of 25 cigarettes cost 8.50$CAD
or 6.92$USD.

Are they much more expensive today?

Marlboros here are about $27 a carton and about $3.65 a pack. Bud is about $12 or so a twelve pack.

You sir are being robbed of money buying Budcrapper Or Millshits beer. Thay make better beer near you thats way cheeper and stronger.

As per cigerrets, yes thay have gone up but it depends on the Brand.
Take Marlburro's those basterds are like 4 dollors or up per pack of 20. While the carton of (10 packs of 20) will cost 35-40 bucks
Cheeper ones can cost 2 dollors.

And its expected that us people that use said products are gonna pay even more due to excessive tax increases. Im being singled out to pay exorbinate taxes and I find that Bullshit.

I may soon have to stop smokeing, But I will never ever give up beers, Ales, Stouts, Barlywine or Lagers.

Big name American beers Like Budwiser made by Anhiser-Bush And Miller, Coors are beer for the masses, dont drink what is known as swill beers.

Spend a little and buy micro brews or some of the better European beers.

Anything with an ABV percent of 7.0 makes me happy. Regardless of the brewer.

There is one thing that I never comprehended though.
You bring in your twelve empty bootles, they substract 1.20$ and
then charge again 1.20$ + the 12 beers + taxes on both.
