He's CLEARLY talking about the old west. 1870... The time of cowboys and indians. The time where people carried guns on their hip, you stooge.

He never once condemed conceald carry or a person's right to bear arms.

I never mentioned a gun. You're such a pussy, you'd hand over your wallet if someone simply told you to. No gun required. :olo:

He said "closed doors"...not concealed in your jacket you stupid, stupid redneck.

lol...now you're changing the subject away from guns? Yes gramps, I'm a total pushover who never puts up any resistance of any kind and whenever an old lady in the street tells me to give her my wallet I well up in tears and not only give her my wallet but also tell her my PIN.

Talk about being pedantic.

He talks about carrying on your hip and draws comparisons to the 1870's. Get a clue, stupid. :olo:

just running on the logic you cant own a gun if youre a pussy, hardly something a collector would say ?... face it, you carry guns to make yourself feel like a real man, defending shit day and night, just defending, until something happens then *poof*

You're dismissing an Olympic event as impractical?

WTF does it matter? At this point it's all a matter of opinion. Please tell me that your opinion is right and mine is wrong. Becuse I'll be happy to point you to the constitution and the general consensus of the voting public.
Yes, they are completely impractical! Are you seriously going to sit there and tell me that biathlon has some practical purpose? I suppose if you're a Norwegian peasant farmer, maybe. What's next, you going to say that curling is a practical application because it teaches people to sweep well?

The Homer Simpson parallels here are dead on the money, you don't stir your coffee or pound nails with a pistol. Sure, you like target shooting, but what's practical about that? It trains you to shoot your weapons well, and the weapons you've purchased are for killing, plain and simple. They have no other reason for existing.

No here has said that you don't have a constitutional right to own firearms, and I don't think you're in a position to tell me the consensus of the voting public. Every time someone has asked you why you own so many guns, you get pissy and say "because I can". Well, great, but that's not a real reason and it makes you sound like a petulant third grader.

So now you want to argue about what you consider practical? Get the fuck out of here. :olo:

He asked for a practical use for guns, outside of their primary use. He didn't say, tell me a use for guns that NightShade and I find practical.

Furthermore, I don't get pissy about anything any of you nobodies on the internet have to say. However, I do find it particularly humorous that people so removed from someone's life can come to such ridiculous conclusions, just because said someone owns guns.

I've stated the reasons why I enjoy firearms. All of those reasons are "practical" to me and many others. I'm sorry none of those reasons fit your stereotypical fantasies of some gun nut going on a killing spree at a local big-box store.
