Picked up something very similar to the below but with a black base much like the Herman Miller Aeron and they're proving comfortable.

I have the Aeron too, they're expensive but there's a decent refurbishing company in London so I picked one up that was basically brand new for half price.

It's doing wonders for my lumbar, which has been periodically going into spasm every six months.

I find them cool looking. Really it's about function though as MKJ said. I sit in this chair all day and my body doesn't get fucked up. (Got the chair after my old one gave me sciatica. The sciatica hasn't returned.)

They also have like a 12 year warranty on all the parts...
