They had an embed option on their site so it seemed OK. I tried embedding it but it seems Q3W Flash forum code will only accept YouTube. That link was straight out of the embed code.
How come everything on YouTube is allowed but any other site is illegal? YouTube has no more rights than any other site
I mean, I could upload the mp3 with an image as a video to YouTube and you'd allow that
I see it as that mp3 site's responsibility just as it's YouTube's responsibility if anyone has complaints

In short: Maybe old footage, it doesn't look like that to me. Even on high settings. Bland color, poor lighting. Reminds me of issues I had with Unreal 3's appearance. Like they just went overboard with the filters or shaders or something and washed everything out.

You are completely right, the difference being that youtube doesn't offer a direct dl link. If you were to upload an mp3 as a video youtube would delete it on the request of the author, stopping you from listening to it. If you've downloaded it there's nothing they can do.
