Re: The Election Thread
That was a lot of rambling. Are you high?
Maybe I should have been more clear. THE TWO PARTY SYSTEM ISN'T THE ANSWER. Even though I agree with you about the Democratic party being the best choice. Our government is still run by special interest groups and lobbyists. Neither of which serve the public interest. Until government decisions better reflect the general public's position, we'll never realize true "change".

No argument there.
And yes...I finished a bowl before my ramble. But it was a good ramble.

Well go smoke another. Maybe your creative juices will start to flow and you'll find something else wrong with what I've posted. Because I'm not sure I'm comfortable with you agreeing with me.

Re: The Election Thread
But I do recommend you give this hilarity a read...it's a write-up about a bunch of unique versions of the Global Change Game and what happens when specific personality types write public policy.
I recall the results of the psychology experiments in the book The Authoritarians having RWAs nuking each other twice, but I guess instead they just kept fighting regular wars. lol?
It's very short at 9 pages, uses big fonts and has pictures.

I don't subscribe to the idea that any nation would nuke itself or others, period. We will not go by the way of a war mongering government.

Obama denied a face-to-face meeting with Netanyahu as the UN General Assembly is about to be underway. The reason he's busy today...he's taping a show for The View...

Re: The Election Thread
I have no idea why you're laughing.
Netanyahu has been trying for more than 2 weeks to get Obama to commit to war. Obama and anyone with half a brain (which eliminates you from that group) knows this. In fact, Netanyahu has been raging like a spoiled child that nobody will talk to him, especially that poopoo-head Obama.
So since you're so up to date on world affairs, please tell us all exactly how Obama, the west or anyone else besides Israel would benefit from that meeting? I can guarantee this question will never be answered by you...

"Yeah, I — I think it's the right way to encourage economic growth — to get people to invest, to start businesses, to put people to work," he said.

Re: The Election Thread
Ok...so I figured out why xer0s made this post: apparently there is a recent narrative being propagated throughout nearly ALL right-wing media (and of course Fox News had the birth reigns on this one) that "President Obama doesn't spend enough time meeting with world leaders. © 2012 Fox Newsxer0s wrote:Obama denied a face-to-face meeting with Netanyahu as the UN General Assembly is about to be underway. The reason he's busy today...he's taping a show for The View...
So xer0s...is that why you posted your moronic question? Is that why you can't even validate your own criticisms and why you chose to run away from your own post? Is it because you don't know why Obama SHOULD have held his meeting with Netanyahu? Is it simply that you don't know why you should be mad at Obama, but you're mad at him because you're told by Fox News to be mad at him?
Since when do Republicans give a flying fuck about what ferriners think, anyway? Oh wait...that doesn't matter because you've been told to be pissed off on behalf of foreign leaders.

I had it wrong all this time: xer0s is not a brain-dead, self-centered Republican...he's a Tea Party-based, brain-dead, self-centered authoritarian follower.

Oh wait...that's the typical Republican.
No wonder he'll vote for Romney, because he's dumber than his iPhone.
