Invented a new lift in the gym today. You go to the gym, but then at the last minute, you decide not to, and instead hunch your back at a 90 degree angle while playing XBox for several hours.

We did, in teams of 2:
2k row (1 person does 500 meters then swap)
150 burpees (1 person does 10 then swap)
2k run (1 person does a 200 meter "sprint" then swap)
Took us 25 minutes due to my slow ass having not trained properly for at least 2 weeks :/
