We had to try to convince him not to do it, because the guy had seen mine and Javiers' faces earlier, we would probly get in trouble with cops no matter who did it. So we followed him, tryin to convince him not to do it... eventually we got to the house, and he did it anyway, while me and Javier stood across the street like a bunch of idiots. He came back eventually and said he had slashed all the tires, scraped the paint off one side of the van, took the front bumper off, the antenna, slashed up the interior (the passenger window was left open), took a shit in it, and he took a metal box, with a bunch papers in it. he dumped the box about 5 blocks away, and we all went home after that... The next day, Javier had school for some reason, but he told ppl on his bus about what happened, using everybody's full names and everything, and 1 of the ppl was either the guys' kid, or one of his friends' kids', so we all got caught cuz of Javiers' dumbass. He's grounded till he's 18 (he's 16 now) i'm grounded till june, my usual punishment for anything, so i'm used to it. And Josh, i dunno, don't really care to be honest. Our court date (just found this out the other day) is on March 4th. Hopefully this bullshit will be over with after that. I'm lookin at maybe a $90 fine.... my parents want me to plead guilty to all 3 charges they've got me with, just so this crap ends, no extra court dates, minimum of $30 per charge.

that all happened in '03 tho, i was still young, and actually i can't fucking go putting shit different from what i told cops on the internet... if i was on this fucking forum around the time it happened and someone was actually interested i'd pm the real story. I'm not gonna post about me giving the kid ideas and making sure javier knows how to aim the gun properly incase somebody does come outside. What dumbass would lie to cops to get out of shit, and then post something completely different online? now that i'm over 18 and whatnot i can put the real shit, the case is closed and it don't matter. I could walk up to a cop and say I did the damage to the vehicle and now they can't do shit about it (not that i did that part).
