The Devil's Rejects. The best horror movie of 2005 imo.

Hotel Rwanda 6-10

Avarage acting + avarage story. It had three Oscar nominations, which reminded me once again that the Oscars are fucking bullshit. The sad thing was the movie actually had the potential to be really good had they chosen a different approach. Imo, of course.

and

The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou 9-10

Most excellent attempt to make a movie like a dream... wildly trippy nonsense the whole movie long. Quality stuff.

Saw the The 6th Sense for the first time on tv. It was pretty good.

In the movies, I saw Underworld 2. Thought it was okay. No worse than the first Underworld, but that's not saying much either.

I think the more important question is, did you eat the movies?

Ahh, so witty.
Regardless, you're an overweight woman who paints miniature fantasy creatures. That means nobody likes you, trust me.

Can't argue with that. Now if only it was something that mattered.

Hey Grudge, you liked Zissou, right?
Do you think the whole thing was meant to be like, Zissou's dream?

I actually haven't thought about it like that. I agree that it was pretty trippy, but I didn't get the impression that it was supposed to be a dream. Perhaps more like what the world looks like through his eyes.

I've only seen it once though, in the cinema. I need to see it again.

Heh, yeah, it's definately one of those movies that deserves a re-viewing or two.

What gave me the dream idea was the fact that absolutely nothing in the movie even atempts to make sense...

Aeon Flux

Pretty fucking awesome. Yeah it's had it's lengths, but the first half especially was a visual orgasm.

8/10

The Man Who Wasn't There: 8/10. A wonderfully sedate and reflective buildup of disquiet in the world of an everyman. Thorton and Shalhoub are fanfuckingtastic.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say "the cold".
You probably don't experience "the cold" wabbit but it is a thermal effect humans feel when they do not have 17 extra layers of flesh.

Sure. Sitting "inside" where people usually turn on "the heat" with huge silky gloves on is a good way to keep your hands warm. I guess the lower half of his face was really cold too. LOLOLOL
