Oh, I win the gay award. I watched Footloose the other day.
I wish life were like an 80s movie. Whenever someone feels angry and dejected we could angrily dance through a warehouse like Kevin Bacon.

Thin red line gets minor pluspoints from me, for having a Very Realistic Artillery Barrage. But yeah, it's shit.

The Hills Have Eyes (the new one) 7-10
Pretty good. Had a lot of gore (moreso than Hostel) and a lot of the characters were actually fairly interesting. All in all I was very impressed.

Tears of the Sun

Monica Bellucci could have saved this movie if her character hadn't been such a tremendous cunt.

History of Violence: 8/10. There were a few spots where I wanted a bit more exposition, but other than that it was pretty damn riveting. Highly recommended.

Looks like a chick flick, box kinda reads like a mean girls rip off....

BUT,
this movie is fucking awsome....and breaks a few boundries I havent seen before in the "bitch of the school movie formula"...
The chick is an olympic level bitch, gold medal cunnie, like I've never seen. Well worth the rent, I'm gonna buy it the first chance I get...

V for Vendetta 7/10
not bad yet nothing ground braking by any means.

visualy entertaining enough, with a good taste of sophistication and meaning. Plays on current political events and warns of the possibilities it might lead to in the near future. Few but good action scenes with a touch of originality.

all in all I give it a 7/10 and that's because I'm hard to please.

Hostel 7/10

fucking woah on the gore. starts out kinda cheesy and slowly gets real serious.

a more dramtic ending i would have given an 8/10.

lots of tit action for the nerds included.

The Hills Have Eyes (2006 Remake)

2/10

Load of garbage. Wasn't scary, gory, or suspenseful. It did have some entertaining cheesy moments, but those really didn't do much to save this movie. Plus, the original wasn't that great to begin with.
