If only you could reduce your head to a size where it wouldn't generate it's own gravitational field.YourGrandpa wrote:I've reduced the tiny homo to "I'm rubber you're glue" responses.

170kg and he throws it up easily due to the explosive power he has in his core and also because he keeps the bar incredibly vertical when it is travelling up his body. You will notice the bar also appearing "weightless" as he drops underneith it, which is where I am going wrong. I am not able to correctly judge when the bar is in that state and therefore do not drop under it in the slightest. I will get one of the lads to video me doing a squat clean tomorrow, then a power at the same weight for me to check out, but I will post them here so you can help with where you think I should transition (thats yourself, Andy and Feedback)

Surely the best person to learn from then considering his skills? He will have his tekkers down to a T so if you can emulate that in anyway then you are on the right path and should see gains. In theory.andyman wrote:Don Carlos wrote:

eh keep in mind he's been lifting since he was a child and won 3 consecutive olympic golds (iirc) and nearly had a 4th. The guy is a legend... we're just mortals
for the record, you can't ever 'cheat' on a heavy clean. you either lift the weight or you don't. sure there's rules in competition, but on your own, anything goes
