lol i'm done with that phaze but now i'm trying to get in as many fly-me-arounds as possible b4 they get to big!

my guy is getting so big lost another tooth today!

18lbs u say? how old now just short of a year i believe?

i was able to devise a effective sleep-through-the-night plan for mine

tons of food packed in before bedtime and a big ass super diaper lol!

i gave my babies meat fairly early on, they were starving without it.

so they go coma from all the food cuz thier bodies are growing so fast, but a pee overload always waked mine, hence the big diaper.

it worked really well

If only you could reduce your head to a size where it wouldn't generate it's own gravitational field. :olo:

I am not able to correctly judge when the bar is in that state and therefore do not drop under it in the slightest. I will get one of the lads to video me doing a squat clean tomorrow, then a power at the same weight for me to check out, but I will post them here so you can help with where you think I should transition (thats yourself, Andy and Feedback)

eh keep in mind he's been lifting since he was a child and won 3 consecutive olympic golds (iirc) and nearly had a 4th. The guy is a legend... we're just mortals

for the record, you can't ever 'cheat' on a heavy clean. you either lift the weight or you don't. sure there's rules in competition, but on your own, anything goes

Surely the best person to learn from then considering his skills? He will have his tekkers down to a T so if you can emulate that in anyway then you are on the right path and should see gains. In theory.
