I know greece is out of the picture, but there is a match between spain and greece as we speak and it's 1-1.

The tournament begins with 4 groups with 4 teams each. In these groups every team plays once against every other team --> 3 matches for every team. The two best teams of every group move on to the quarter finals.
It's often the case, that after 2 matches a team is already out, but nevertheless all matches have to be played.

Only saw the second half yesterday but holy fuck, i was impressed. Too bad for the Swedes, i would have liked to see them win, but Russia was just a lot better.
