started my cut yesterday...weight at start was 207.8...dropped that keto-type gayness for just 500 cals under maintenance with lower carb intake (500+ to 150-200).


my abs will detroy everyones here in a month or two...jellus?

my legs r huge now...working sets start over 300 pds now...they have come a long way. working em twice a week now...seems better...

my form is excellent. No cheating with torso twisting, and am bringing the weight up slowly. Granted, last week when I was using 95 pounds I wasn't able to bring the weight up ALL the way on the last 2 reps, but that was doing 10 reps per arm.

i don't have a vid camera and I workout at the gym. I might be able to get a friend to tape me but don't hold your breath. Until then, you're just gonna have to take my word for it. Did the 100 pounds successfully today. Left arm's form wasn't stellar, but on the second set I could have gone 10 reps with my right. Did drop sets too with 75 and 50 pounds.

i'm not saying it's hard to to do rows with 100 dbs...it just seems like it would be for u since ur so tiny...i'm gonna need a video or it didn't happen...
