Nice bench

I don't bench much so I cant tell you what I can do now, but the last time I did it I did a combined total of 55 reps at 132lbs, but I was also doing dead lifts and power cleans too (the same amount)

The workout is called Linda (the 3 bars of death) which is:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

My body weight is 171lbs but I am not strong enough to do that amount of reps at that weight

I need to work on double unders, butterfly pull ups, muscle ups, bar muscle ups and general engine work. The engine work is probably the most important thing for me to work on as my weight has been steadily increasing over the last 6 months at a reasonable and sustainable pace.

I can't stress enough how unfit I was when I started and I have made huge improvements, but I quite far away from being able to snag a position in a team.

Metcon work will be key, so if you have any good tips to share on that let me know :)
