My goal is to compete at next years DWF games in the UK as part of a team of 6 (
http://www.dividedwefallgames.com/) which means I will need to be all round fit and be able to lift some reasonable weights.
I could list a load of goal weights to lift and all the rest of it but it would be pointless as I don't have any true lift goals in mind, other than wanting a 100kg power clean.
I need to work on double unders, butterfly pull ups, muscle ups, bar muscle ups and general engine work. The engine work is probably the most important thing for me to work on as my weight has been steadily increasing over the last 6 months at a reasonable and sustainable pace.
I can't stress enough how unfit I was when I started and I have made huge improvements, but I quite far away from being able to snag a position in a team.
Metcon work will be key, so if you have any good tips to share on that let me know

You're talking in crossfit gobbledygook, do you mean conditioning? If you want to power clean 100kg, you need to be doing cleans, front squats, back squats, and presses.

Yeah, conditioning.
And I am doing all of those things at the moment. For someone of my weight, what should I be looking to squat? I can do 100kg (back squat). Front squat I have 90kg, press 60kg strict and 80kg jerk and power clean I have 80kg now.

I'd say at least rep 1.5x BW with solid form.
Honestly my clean never really got anywhere because I didn't train it seriously. 90kg is a pretty good front squat though, you should be able to clean that without much work.

latest lifts:
flat db press: 90 pounds (can barely squeak out 3 unassisted reps, full range)
one arm db rows: 120 pounds - 5-6 reps
weighted dips: belt + 100 pounds - 3 solid reps, deep range of motion
weighted chins: belt + 100 ponds - 2 solid reps
have started reading starting strength by mark rippetoe and am reworking my deadlift form also.
bodyweight 165 lb

I honestly don't really see the point of doing weighted dips/chins when you can only do 2/3. Just do 10 or something.
Take Rippetoe's technique advice with a grain of salt. There are a lot of other more established people who you should listen to.
Elitefts has a great series on squatting called "so you think you can squat" which might be of interest to you, but they also did a 1-video one on the deadlift here:

Lets face fatcs. On that pic you look a tidy size, but that is an old picture. You are talking about your past.
Fuck, at the heigh of my fitness when I was younger I could lift fuck all, but I could run like a mofo and ride a bike 30 miles without any difficulty.
That was then, this is now. Stop living in the past.
