that's awesome - you had stockers before? rofl, that they can't hear the weird buzz. that been there since you bought it?
Yeah, but I got it secondhand and it's at least 10 years old. It makes a change from all of the other guitars I've ever owned (apart from the JS), which buzz when you stop touching the strings.

Guitar techs in england are a bunch of morans, though. One of them had the gall to refer to my semi-pro studio setup as a "toy", just because it doesn't weigh 6 tons and have valves in it. They should get with the times, seriously.

Practice. I'm guessing you're failing on the "galloping triplets" section? Just practice that section on slower, then move up to slow and finally full speed once you can comfortably get 90% each time. That's a really good section to practice HOPOs. heh... wait until to try that one on hard. I like to turn on the "easy expert" and "no fail" cheats and play it on expert. That's fun. :D

I can't get past "Before I Forget" – Slipknot or "3's & 7's" – Queens of the Stone Age on hard. I've managed to pass Knights of Cydonia and Striken. But I fail at something like 10% for the other 2. :(

I blasted through easy and medium, done 42/42 on each, though Reigning Blood took me a while. But now when it comes to hard I get completely owned, I can't do one song :<

i find it oddly amusing that people that have never played guitar before know what hammer-on's and pull-off's are.

heh...

I bet loads of people have taken up the guitar thanks to this game. I know I would like to learn, but I am sure that I do suck at GH3 so therefore it stands to reason i would suck at playing a real guitar.

I have no intention of playing a real guitar although I like the game. Just got through playing Pride and Joy this morning on hard... fingers hurt.

I'm currently stuck on the battle with Lou on hard. Fuck that asshole.

I also knew about hammer-ons and pull-offs before playing. I don't know what a pick and roll is, though. :paranoid:

Also, for the record, Raining Blood is the most awful collection of random noises I have ever heard in my life.
