It did survive... I have abused this phone x10 compared to my iPhone that shattered into pieces falling from my lap while exiting my minivan. My note has one crack that I didn't even notice for hours after it happened cuz u got to hold it at an angle to see it...(30 feet on to a rock)... Good enough excuse for upgrading...

That's one of the things that pissed me off about the newer generation iPhones. Without a large case the glass digitiser would shatter from a tap. It's the most fragile phone I owned and replacing it is a bitch. The 3GS I once owned took a fucking beating.

Looks like apple lowered a bunch of power settings in their benchmarks to get the battery life numbers around the same as the 5s. Real world tests show the battery is dog shit... Apple prioritizes thinness over battery... Good call apple... Have fun charging your phone at noon...chumps... ...

The 6 is now a 64bit chip...so they can do more with less memory right? iOS8 should be snappy.
