pure ownage! heres how it goes:

1 take a full size coke bottle (1.5l or sum), drill a hole in the cap big enough for the joint to stick in. then cut the bottom of the bottle off.
2 get a tub of water big enough for the bottle to be submerged in.
3 submerge the bottle in the water (not completely ofcourse)
4 put the cap on with the j stuck into it
5 slowly pull the bottle out of the water but still keep the lower part submerged.
6 take the cap off, put ur mouth on the bottle, inhale and push the bottle in the water.
