I absolutely do not want those in tourney. I know when I have lost the lead, and I don't want some silly announcer distracting my play.

I know the in-game browser is just an afterthought in Quake games (at least it always has been), but one thing I can't stand is not being able to filter the results by gametype. To find a CTF match I have been sorting by gametype, and then using the semi-working scrollbar to find the servers.

I thought surely there would be a gametype filter - and it's possible thta I'm just completely blind, but I don't see it.

Anyone noticed that when the fraglimit is set to 0 and when someone drops into the void. (score -1) The announcer sais: "One frag left"

kinda weird

If this has been previously posted, my apologies, im in a rush >:E.

As far as I'm aware, Doom's engine is caped at 60fps, regardless of monitor refresh rate and v-sync settings. If this isn't modified for quake 4, then the same will still apply.

I find it a bit weird sometimes when i'll be standing there, watching something and it'll go down to about 20fps. If i take a step back or forward, straight up to 60 :paranoid: (3700+ 1gb RAM, 7800GT etc)

So you can turn it off. Problem is right now those who do want it can't turn it on, cause it ain't there.
