exactly. i just get lost in my own imagination and creativity. in doom, there was only one layer in which you could get lost - when you punctured that layer youd be mapping like there was no tomorrow.
q3/q4/maxpayne/any other 3d mapping tool has 3 layers in which you can get lost.
i usually get lost in the second; the detailing. spending too much time on aligning textures even though the next room isnt even built yet

Well, maybe you just dont keep your eyes open for me then =) Every now and then Ill wander into GD and talk about something. Mostly I'm in the Programming forums and the void (dont post in the void. only read to get a laugh)

edit: I'd wager that 85 % of them haven't been outside of LEM. I didn't for the firsrt 7 or 8 months.
lol scourge. I moved aroudn when I first joined up on my old account from forum to forum. I'm proud to say I'm one of the 15% that HAS been out of LEM =D
