I think the others are the good guys. Hell, Fenry is going to play a large role next season, and since hes "That person" who we found out in the last episode, i reckon the losties MAY POSSIBLY team up with the others...?

Actually we don't know that Henry is "Him" yet. All we know is that he's in some position of power.
Also I think the Ethan Rom "Other Man" thing is kind of common knowledge now.
