ygp has spawn, so he'll need something with back seats and a rollcage/airbags to protect their little waterlogged noggins.

Actually I drive a company truck, 2006 Toyota Tundra extended cab (No Cost) and the company my wife works for pays for her vehicle and gas. But we have to be reasonable when getting her a new car if we want the company to continue paying for it.

How's that? Her company is footing the bill.
It's more like YourCashpa.

I'd go for a 330d with the bi-turbo. it'll shit all over the 325.
holy shit they make a biturbo 3 series?

Yes, they do, in the UK... according to my local dealership they CAN get them here, but something about that dosent agree with me.
it sounds like a Euro deal.

I'd probably go for the BMW myself out of all the choices.
Mercedes seems to be plagued with build quality in the few recent years, atleast that's what I've been hearing all around, and the Audi A4 has no balls, driven the new A4, A6 and A8, The two latter are decent (though I did drive 3.0l diesel versions), but the A4 2.0 just won't move if you step on it. I have no idea what the Caddy is about, can't comment really.
Seeing as you're looking at smaller sporty luxury cars, I'd take a look at the Lexus IS250 aswell. Haven't personally driven it, but I've heard good things so far.

We may look at the Lexus. But I'm not to keen on their looks. I think the Mercedes and BMW are much sharper looking cars.

although i'm biased toward the BMW, the Caddy wouldn't even be a choice.

It's funny to see the American car haters come out of the woodwork. That Caddy's a worthy car from everything I've heard.
Nice selection, though. I'd go with the Mercedes.

Odd... I find Mercs WAY more momish than Audis.
@YGP: I don't think you can go wrong with any of them, so you're pretty much going to have to choose based on image. If that's the case, I'd stay away from the Merc.
Overall, I'd take the Audi. They're dreams to drive, and the AWD fucking rocks balls. If it has the double clutch, that's also very nice.
And of the four, it definitely has the most class.
Have you considered an Infinity G35?

Well I am partial towards Mercedes myself, having been what I primarily drive. While Mercedes has had qaulity issues, due to the former CEO Jurgen Schremp, the C-Class is one that has been better on the quality front. This is due to the fact that the C-Class is not as advanced or electronic as the E-Class. My family does own a 2002 ML500, said to be the worst Mercedes ever made, and while it is not perfect, it is still a pretty good car, especially mechanically. The current C-Class is in its 5th year, so most of the bugs have been worked out I believe. The 2007 C230 has a 2.5L V6 makes 201 HP and 181 ft-lb torque. The thing that I think Mercedes has always had over BMW is interior design. I would go for either the BMW of the Mercedes, personally the Mercedes would be my choice.
