see here's what I've been saying...

if they win the senate too they can impeach right? but they won't cause they're pussies.

call your newly elected congressperson and demand impeachment

Not really. The House only needs a simply majority to pass articles of impeachment. The Senate then performs the trial. In order to convict, a two-thirds majority is required.

We should really write them about repealing the PATRIOT Act and the recent Military whatchmacallit of 2006.

Even if the DFL had enough of a collective spine to stand up to Bush and the GOP, they still won't accomplish anything because of Bush's habit of simply ignoring laws he doesn't like.
