I take time off for the bad ones. I refuse to go to school under the influence of pain meds, even if they don't make me loopy.

I'd imagine the parents would make a fuss if they even suspected you were under the influence.

I'm sure others have experienced what I did in high school and junior high - teachers who would drink alcohol during the day.

Maybe, I got the impression you had a few fundies in your student population.

Yea I do have some fundies, but what does that have to do with me making a comment about teachers who would drink during the school day?
The lady who teaches in the room next to me is always digging through a pill bottle in the middle of her class. I don't know what she's taking, but I think it's inappropriate nonetheless. Even if you need an advil, I think you should be a bit discrete about taking it so that you aren't even setting yourself up for the accusation. It takes very little these days to find yourself on administrative leave.

i figured you wouldn't go to school all jacked up on oxy, but as it seems it is a chronic condition with you I was just wondering if you were conditioned to "lighter" medications where you felt o.k. to go to work.
hope you don't miss too much time, and hope the doc doesn't have to go diggin for it.

I've learned to deal with the smaller, chronic ones by just focusing really hard on everything but the discomfort.

oxycodone isn't helping with this much...its like pissing on a forest fire.
C’mon Sir, if you really think that you have one, I don’t know if you have to pay to remove it but there are ways to do it. Sometimes with only some medications or through some type of laser beaming at it. Well, I’m sure you know this and that you are just joking about it. One of my uncle had one and it hurts more then you can ever imagine.
Actually pete I've had over 75 kidney stones in the last 15 years.
The medications deal with the pain, and the 'laser beaming' is the blasting I just described, a procedure I've had done twice.
oh, btw - fuck off pete.
And the doc has told me that if it isn't out by tomorrow I have to go see him. Once I had to have them go 'up there' and pull the damn thing out of my ureter.
That was fun.
Are you kidding me?
I've had over 75 kidney stones in the last 15 years.
I have studied medicine, I am not a professional but I never heard of that, man, 75.
And you are talking about it as a minor problem, even joking about it. Just wondering, do you at some point eject more then one at the same time, like 5 plus, or is it 75 times you’ve had that problem?
Also, if you’re not kidding, do you know what’s the cause of it, too much proteins shakes?
BTW, what is it that you are angry at me? May be you are a fake TNF. The real one I consider as a friend, just as Scourge, Form, Bdw3…
He would never get that low.

no pete, i am not kidding you. i am always passing smaller stuff, sometimes larger stones fragment and pass in smaller pieces (this is what they tell me at least). For some reason I keep making them. No treatments have stopped the production of them and I've tried several. I had them before I was into weightlifting, but during the years when I was eating so much protein things got worse. high protein intake is bad for kidney stones for a variety of reasons that I am not going to get into here. My kidney stone issues aren't anything new here, I was just making a joke about a particularly painful one. Pete I was mad because.....well.....because I thought you were a friend of mine....and here you were saying that i was lying about a medical problem of mine.....and laughing and pointing and joking....and it hurt real bad, so I snapped.

I am a real closed friend of yours, may be, just reread my first post as I already did. Nowhere it seems that I was laughing nor mocking at you. I know there might be a language barrier because of my poor English writing but if ever you come close to my place, please, let me know and we'll meet and will have a great time, specially if it's during the summer.
Anyway, Take Care! But You should really see a specialist for your problem because this could become a severe problem and everyone will be calling you before long the TNFlinstones.
