the steelpadz ones iirc are called "mouse skatez" and they do work quite well.
hard to find on their own though... at newegg they have these "mad dots" things which are stick-on teflon tape, same deal (and cheap as hell). works as good and last months per application. so long as you trim them to the exact mouse foot size with an X-acto blade and ensure that there were know bubbles.
