there used to be a huge bike night in the valley where you are now. check out
http://www.sfvbikenight.com . it got too much police attention lately and i haven't gone in a while, but if you get back into bikes there's lots of stuff in socal.

i'm just finishing up my CS degree at UCLA. graduating in june. i used to live in westwood that's why i went to the valley a lot. i live in orange county now which is pretty close, but i commute to LA daily for school. i also have lots of friends in the area.
