You plant bombs that fail to detonate in London. Realising they're not gonna blow and the cops are on your case, you flee to the other end of the country, then when the second bomb fails to blow you attempt to stage another attack, only to fail miserably YET AGAIN.

At least, probably. I hope this is the case, cause it isolates the whole situation. If they're not the group that perpetrated Thursdays attempts, then that means there might be more to come.

the cars that were in london were rented in glasgow - so is the other way around .

They came down here and failed due to drunkeness and a traffic warden (first spotted by paramedics dealing with someone passed out on the street, second was clamped, ticked, towed and they only spotted the bombed some hours later whilst it was in the compund - lol)
