It sure is - DeFRaG to be exact, but you can load it up in VQ3 and run around all you want. (/devmap dfwc04-1)
Here's another good one:

The HDRish Smartshader is an ATI specific post effect filter. It can be applied to any OpenGL application. You can download it and read more about it
here.

One more thing, by default the HDRish bloom effect is very strong. I usually use a
toned down version.
(The only difference is the line "MAD result.color, blur, 0.55, back;", you can change the factor 0.55 to whatever you wish.)

I couldn't find a line like that in the shader, the closest thing was "ADD result.color, back, blur;".

I was talking about the
linked version, that one is already modified. If you want to modify the original version, that's the line you need to replace, yes.

Some screenshots here, some are named with the mapname. I could probably come up with names for others if need...

I have a better suggestion for putting up screenshots for this topic. At ..::LvL there is an option to add screenshots to any map reviews. Take this screenshot that I uploaded at the site a while back for an example:
Qfraggel3 pic
rather than showing the shot here, it would end up staying at the site for people to see before they decide to download a certain map or not. Also it takes forever to load up a page with all of these pics on this topic(well..for me at least). It's free to add the pic to ..::LvL also. Good idea yes/no? Obviously not every map has been sent to that site, but alot of them are.
