No, that's not at all what I said. Try reading again.

once the players have knowledge of the game committed to memory, the players stop entering the game "equal".
your statement was nonsense, causing my hyperbolic response.

How does the driving style compare to PGR3? Hopefully they improved upon the driving dynamics, because PGR3 wasn't all too impressive.

EDIT: Also, racing supercars in the snow? Was this really necessary?

The new Katamari is coming out soon, which I have to admit, after never playing a single Katamari game because I thought they seemed childish, I really enjoyed the 360's demo. :)

I haven't noticed big changes in driving dynamics except for the bikes being an entirely new thing - which I'm sort of ambivalent on. Again, I know that the racing game purists or maybe even enthusiasts will have all sorts of reasons they don't like PGR games, but the variety of stuff there is to do and the fact that you can sit down and get into it right away, makes it the type of racing game I tend to go for. Don't need customization for just wanting to go fast and drift and whatnot. Weather effects are alright for driving, I do agree that racing supercars in snow is a bit odd, but I don't mind. Luckily there is no real-life damage to your car though. :D

Lemme know when you have it donny.

I really like the bike aspect of the game. I rented it over the weekend and gave it a go, I must say I'm impressed with the way the car selection has been setup. Overall it's quite amusing. All I race is bikes tho.

Also, I don't so much like it because it has bikes but because you can race bikes vs cars. I find it quite satisfying to zip between 3 or 4 cars with inches between them.

tis an older ps2 game.
but yeah, i can see the alure of blasting cars with a bike.
someone should make a "need for speed" for bikes.
when i say that i mean an update to the first one, big open public road courses and lots of traffic to knife in and out of. that would be outstanding.

Yeah TDU was a little like that which was one of the reasons it was fun. Honestly if they do burnout paradise properly they should include a bike in that game too, that'd be sick.

putting cars in will harm the quality of the bikes, due to spending time working on the cars and trying to balance the two gameplay wise.
i'd want one that is only bikes.

If you're looking for somekind of simulation yeah, you're probably right. I prefer an arcade feel though most of the time.

I broke out PGR3 last night and tried my hand at The Behemoth (full Nordshcleife plus the GP track) in a Ferrari Enzo. I was happy that I was turning 9-flat laps until I looked at the leaderboards. Some dude out there has done it in 6:50 in an F50 GT. I watched the clip and it's FUCKING SICK.

In my rudimentary (and probably incorrect) understanding of German a 'Schwalbe' is when during football you fall down on the pitch on purpose to get a free kick from the ref and 'Schwanz' means cock.

'Fallingoncocktogetafreekick'...noted. Odd name for a corner on a racetrack.

Oh hey I just looked it up and Schwalbe has a second meaning; swallow (the bird). So then it would translate as SwallowsCock, which would increase the hilarity by a factor of three at least

It kinda looks like a big puffy nipple. Therefore I deem it the Bigpuffnippel turn.
