needs to be as extensible as firefox to win. i use like 4 or 5 extensions on a regular basis, and can't imagine not having them. (downthemall, flashblock, adblock, zotero, firebug on work boxes).
until that's there, it's just another platform to test against.

Just what we all need, another browser. I foresee frustrated web developers around the world committing suicide in the next week.

Not exactly. Chrome uses the same render that Safari and Konquero already use, WebKit.

Too bad they own you with their EULA.

By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give Google a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling Google to display, distribute and promote the Services and may be revoked for certain Services as defined in the Additional Terms of those Services.

I uninstalled it yesterday, before the change and gave the EULA as my reason.

Works amazingly well, fast as fuck too, very impressed...
Too bad it looks ugly as shite and I couldn't show people I was using it...
Kinda like wearing HiTec trainers in school. I feel like I would get the shit kicked out of me if people saw it on my screen.

EDIT: Okay, this is interesting because the dutch version is actually rather different. This is the part that looks most like what you posted:
Which means that google has the right to check, look at, mark, filter, refuse or remove content. Seems far less drastical than your text, especially since later on there's a disclaimer:
Basically means they won't seek to own intellectual property of any data you send.
fyi the eula states that where there's a conflict of meaning between the english eula and translations of it, the english eula takes precedent
sorry dutchie
