Oh god, I forgot DTS was Ultron. Not much more needs to be said after you realize that.
brisk, I'll check out your tunes when I get home. I listen to nearly all genres.

Maybe if i'm lucky, Eonix/Methyd will show up too!

No, that's not true at all. What I said about those tracks is what I genuinely thought of them.
Any "retaliation" about what I posted in this thread was in response to what you posted in this thread.

just listened to the sample tracks, and I wish you sampled somewhere well after the intro of every song, because it takes too long to build up andf the sample ends. Maybe there is no more build up, but I was expecting more, maybe I am not a fan of ambient music...
anyway what foo said

Yeah, always a struggle deciding where to start/end samples, especially for this kind of music. All tracks are mixed together too, so it's kinda meant to be heard as one rather than individual tracks, but again it's not really possible to do that with just samples.
Again, this is a bit of a departure for me and about a million miles from the stuff I do on my other label, but I like/create so many different styles of music and want to cover all bases i'm interested in. This is why I resisted posting it in this forum until now, cos I know it's definitely not music for your average person (and I don't mean any disrepect by that, since 99% of music I like would probably be hated by most of you heh) so I just kept feedback/promotion about it to specialised sites such as
this one. A lot of the people in that forum are also musicians, including some very very well known and highly respected ones at that, so it's always nice to read positive feedback from such people, but also from you guys just the same!
Thanks y'all.

What kind of ambient/experimental do you listen to? I must admit, i've had a bit of
feedback on the album and haven't heard it described as FF7 or trance music

2249 reminds me of some of the underground songs from FF7, or maybe Sector 7. I think they're cool. I've listened to all of the samples and they're distinct enough from one another that I enjoy listening.

Got mine too. Favorite track is 2249 so far but The Box is eerily good. The ending to Hypersona is a kinda harsh in its abruptness.
Quality seems really nice with my cheap headphones. Can't wait to run it through my Klipsch setup sometime.
Oh nice. Just ripped it with Audiograbber and the cd info is already in FreeDB

Still love kicking back to this album towards the end of a long day at work. Especially great for taking the focus away from a splitting headache.
How have sales gone?
