I noticed a growing dislike for continuing to make digital art with a mouse, so I finally bought myself a tablet: Wacom Intuos3 6x8. Within a couple hours, I was already working quickly and efficiently. What took me a few hours with a tablet would've taken a whole day with a mouse. God damn I love this thing.

I look forward to churning out a couple pieces of work every week now.

Honestly, i don't think you have a talent for this mazda. Think about it. If you did and you'd been practicing for as long as you have, you wouldn't still be at this level. Before you say 'it is a matter of taste!' i say to you no sir, it is most certainly not. I am honest enough to recognize taste that is not my own and it is my opinion that your creations are lacking all kinds of taste. They are bad across the whole spectrum.

Not hating, it's cool that you have a hobby. I just hope you're aware of your severe limitations in this art stuff and never plan to become any sort of professional, which in all probability will only lead to disapointment & disgrace in the long run... even when you invest years of (professional) training into it.

Also, where did you find this exotic collection of cheerful idiots that reply to your work with painfully misplaced awe?

Oh come on, if you couldn't change my mind 3 years ago, how good of a chance do you have now? Besides, I already did my portfolio interview and got accepted into a 3-yr advanced diploma graphic design program. If anything, you trolls have motivated me to improve a lot and for that I thank you

aye. you shouldn't take everything anyone says as a troll.

the fact that people here have repeatedly criticised your work can't be solely attributed to maliciousness on their part or your obvious viability as a target. a lot of it stems, as ryoki's already said, from your clear lack of artistic talent.

i don't agree with the idea that you won't find work. there's no shortage of talentless designers or (more importantly) stupid clients; but you'd never make it as an independent and sooner or later, you're going to bump your head on the ceiling as an employee while watching someone else continue to rise right on past you.

it'll probably be someone just as artless and creatively inert as yourself, but they'll win out on genuine confidence. puppy-like enthusiasm will get you nowhere.
