It's the typical picture of a turkey most people would see, but they actually rarely look like that. They only do that when they're trying to get a mate. I don't think the resolution is good enough to say there is a snood there for sure. The legs, the environment, the size don't seem that indicative of a turkey. You only see half a body with a long, long neck and long legs. Must be one crazy turkey.
