was this happening in vista as well? can't really tell from your initial post. if not, have you tried reinstalling vista or win 7? or even xp from another disc as all your hardware seems to be checking out.

Initially i was running Vista, Now I'm on XP SP3.

The issue seems to be following it, But not showing up with any of the hardware stress tests.

That's the strange part that's driving me nuts.

Did you install flash with those browsers?

Well well, i've made at least a little bit of headway with it now.

i've borrowed stressing program from a local friend, it does cpu ( all cores ), Ram, videocard, HDD all at the same time in a controlled environment ( linux )

And its pointed to the memory twice ( after 20+ mins of running ), and locked up on me once.

I'll be contacting Zotac and asking if there are known issues with OCZ ram with these mobos, along with possible suggested replacements.

yeah, its been a long struggle to get to this point.

Intermittent issues are a pain to put a finger on, But i think i've got it.

Well, i figured I'd post an update.

Still no reply from Zotec about What ram they recommend to use with this mobo.

For the time being, I've swapped out a garbage PC in place ( so it will stop crashing ) and I'll be picking up some Bullshit kingston ram and testing it with that...

don't you have a manual for the mobo where they list the recommended ram ? if not just Gog it.

ps, brawsers or brazziers ?

Kingston ram is in it now, did 14 passes of memtest with no issue.

Vista is installed and updated, Getting ready to run othos for a while.

Well, rather then running Orthos, i got the latest Prime due to the 4 thread support, And ran it for 18.5 hours with no issues.

Hopefully this fixes it.

Well, After 45+ hours of stress testing and etc... the computer is back in its home with the backup restored and etc.

I'll update in a while to see if it nails it, But everything seems awesome so far.
